1. Data Controller

The data controller is Camino Sp. z o.o., based in Nowa Sól, ul. Piłsudskiego 40 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

2. Scope of Data Processing

The Controller may process personal data such as:
name, surname, email address, phone number, IP address, information provided in contact forms, and data automatically collected by analytical tools (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics).


3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Data Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • responding to inquiries sent via the contact form (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),

  • fulfilling legal obligations incumbent upon the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),

  • marketing of the Controller’s own products and services and analyzing website traffic using Google tools (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller).


4. Data Recipients

Personal data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Controller, particularly IT and hosting service providers, marketing service providers (e.g. Google Ireland Limited), and public authorities – only within the limits set by law.

Some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied (e.g. standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).


5. Data Retention Period

Personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and subsequently for the duration corresponding to the limitation period of potential legal claims.
Data processed based on consent are stored until the consent is withdrawn.


6. Rights of Data Subjects

Users have the right to:

  • access their data,

  • rectify data,

  • erase data (“right to be forgotten”),

  • restrict processing,

  • data portability,

  • object to processing,

  • withdraw consent at any time.

Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.


7. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

The Controller may use analytical tools (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics) that automatically analyze user behavior to tailor advertising content.
Such actions do not produce legal effects on users nor significantly affect their situation.


8. Data Security

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure.


9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, particularly in the event of changes to applicable law or technology.
